Notes on my Web page design
- This site was designed so that most all links stay within the Radnor pages. Any links that send you out into the Cyber world will so be annotated (There is currently only one).
- Some of the links just display an additional image. You must use the browser's "Back" button to return to the current page.
- These pages do not contain all of the latest bells and whistles of most web sites. Since I have elected to display a large number of images, I wanted to keep the load times to a minimum. I am not trying to impress you with my web page format, but with it's content. I do not use marching marquees, flaming frames, or gyrating gifs. They'ed be neat but require too much load time for us poor peons using local phone lines which default to less than 1 kbs during prime times.
- I make extensive use of the TABLE tag when displaying images and text. I think it provides for better positioning of the text relative to the images. Hey. It works for me.
- These pages were developed using HTML Assistant Version 1.4 as my HTML editor and Netscape 3.0 as my test browser. I have also scanned them with Internet Explorer 3.0.
- The image drawings were done using Mspaint. The images photos were taken and scanned by me. All images were processed using Paint Shop Pro and Lview Pro 1.9.
It is apparent that I am not a good photographer. I will attempt to improve on the images as time permits.
