EMA's Business Process Management System (BPMS) is registered under the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard, demonstrating its commitment to highest-quality services and customer support.

What is ISO 9000?

Since their inception, the International Organization for Standardization's ISO 9000 family of quality standards has been synonymous with quality business processes. In fact, these standards are a worldwide compilation of best-quality practices that set the basic rules for corporate quality systems from concept to implementation whatever the product or service.

The International Organization for Standardization, made up of the national standards bodies of more than 90 countries, promotes the development of standardization in order to facilitate the international exchange of goods and services and develop intellectual, scientific, technological, and economic cooperation.

What does ISO registration of EMA's BPMS mean to you?

Through the registration of its BPMS, a stamp of approval by the International Organization for Standardization, EMA offers its customers the assurance that its business processes are both well-documented and conform to the same standards of quality upheld by some of the world's largest, most highly regarded information technology (IT) services companies. Put simply, customers who purchase products or services from EMA can be assured that the quality of the products and/or services that they receive will consistently meet or exceed their expectations based on its compliance with the ISO 9000 standards, particularly in the areas of teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

EMA customers also have the assurance that EMA's corporate management and engineering processes are continually being maintained, revised, and improved through both regular internal audits and frequent spot checks by third-party auditors.

Where do we go from here?

Now registered under the 2000 version of the standard (ISO 9001:2000), EMA is committed to living by and improving upon its established quality processes to ensure it continues to provide the utmost in quality service and support. This commitment to quality is validated through regular internal audits and official surveillance audits conducted by our registrar, Quality Management Institute (QMI), at six-month intervals. EMA's consistent satisfactory completion of these audits demonstrates its ability to meet customer requirements and marketplace demands now and into the future.
