Welcome to EMA's Small Business Connection!

EMA is intimately familiar with the unique concerns of today's small business, and fully supports Public Laws 95-507, 99-661, 103-355, 105-135, 100-656, and 106-50. As a prime government contractor, we actively participate in the U.S. Government's Small Business Subcontracting Program as evidenced by Provision "F" of our Procurement Policy 0601, which states:

"EMA will provide small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, historically black colleges and universities, and minority institutions with the maximum practicable opportunity to participate as EMA Partners."
