What do you like most about working for EMA?
"Here at EMA, I have been fortunate to work under managers who encourage independence and initiative. These managers encourage their employees to work hard and promote a relaxed, yet productive working environment. Over the years, these managers have done a great job of carrying out the company's mission regarding its employees by supporting my educational and professional growth as well. Now a manager myself, these managers are the examples I strive to follow as I manage my own staff."
What do think sets EMA apart from other employers?
"My entire professional career has been with EMA, with the exception of some part-time work while in college. But over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to interview a number of people who want to become a part of the EMA Team. They have told me time and time again of EMA's reputation as an exceptional employer. And many have cited EMA's management and employee retention as reasons for wanting to work for EMA."
Up to this point, what's the most rewarding aspect of your experience at EMA?
"The most rewarding aspect of my experience here has been working for people who take an interest in my future by supporting and encouraging my advancement in the company."
