What do you like most about working for EMA?
"Everything I've experienced at EMA so far has been a team process — from getting insight into upcoming project requirements, to receiving useful comments and suggestions from co-workers, to being given the opportunity to provide input and suggestions of my own for meeting the company's website-related needs. The emphasis here is on collaboration with the goal of ensuring all the work EMA produces is best it can possibly be."

What do you think sets EMA apart from other employers?
"The experience I'm able to gain everyday is what I like most about EMA... Having the opportunity to apply my creative abilities and technical knowledge, along with what I learned in school, to my current position as Web Developer is a very rewarding thing. I also appreciate the way that EMA not only encourages its employees to grow within the company and succeed in realizing their career goals, but also works to provide them with the tools they need to do so."

Up to this point, what's the most rewarding aspect of your experience at EMA?
"The most rewarding part of my job is having my day's work on display for everyone in the form of the company's public website and employee intranet site. So when someone asks, "Matt, what did you do at work today?", I can reply, "Take a look at EMA's website." Seeing the results of my work live on the web is a great feeling. And it makes all the time and effort that goes into it, from research and design to development and revision, well worth it."
