What do you like most about working for EMA?
"As part of the EMA Team I've been able to gain real-world experience on such a variety of projects and programs…everything from training clients in the use of state-of-the-art network security products, to planning and executing all types of complex tests, to establishing systems engineering-related processes and procedures...

Additionally, having worked for other DoD contractors before joining EMA, I can honestly say that EMA is a very benefits-rich company, especially when it comes to things like personal leave and continuing education. As a matter of fact, I'll soon complete my Master's in Technical Management through EMA's Educational Assistance Plan!

I also like the way EMA takes an interest in the community and stands behind its employees in their support of so many great organizations and programs. I've especially enjoyed being able to personally mentor a student through EMA's partnership with nearby Dunston Elementary School, as well as directly support the work of the Callen-Lacey Center for Children and serve as Assistant Scoutmaster for a local Boy Scout troop."

What do think sets EMA apart from other employers?
"The generous benefits EMA provides are indicative of its genuine commitment to its employees. I believe that the company's philosophy is this: If our employees are well cared for, then they will provide that same level of care to our clients. This commitment to the employees also directly benefits the local community. This is very apparent in the huge success of EMA's community service programs."

Up to this point, what's the most rewarding aspect of your experience at EMA?
"My most challenging assignment yet has been to coordinate and conduct a major system testing effort that, because of the many different commands and contractors involved, has taken over two years to fully plan and complete. Seeing this project through from start to finish has provided me with valuable first-hand knowledge and experience in all the various aspects of technical management and its important role in a project's success."
