Planning, directing, and controlling the totally integrated engineering effort of a system is all in a day's work for EMA's systems engineers. We can transform an operational need into a description of system requirements and plan, evaluate, direct, and execute the management of your most complex information technology, aviation, or Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C4ISRT) programs. In the last 18+ years, our team has demonstrated the know-how to provide engineering, technical, and management support for the Department of Defense (DoD), other government agencies, and international customers. See for yourself how EMA can apply our systems engineering expertise to meet your requirements.

Test & Evaluation

The test and evaluation (T&E) phase is an integral part of the systems engineering process that identifies levels of performance and assists the developer in correcting deficiencies.  Whether it is a proof of concept or milestone compliance, EMA has the experience to develop, conduct, and evaluate tests relevant to our clients' unique and diverse needs.

EMA has provided technical and programmatic expertise that has allowed its clients to participate in highly visible T&E exercises.  Our engineering personnel determine measures of effectiveness; create test and evaluation master plans (TEMPs); design development testing (DT) scenarios; determine data requirements and test point listings; draft test plans and procedures; coordinate test assets; support lab, ground, and flight tests; perform real-time evaluation, data reduction, and analysis; conduct independent verification and validation; and support installation and acceptance testing.  We have developed, executed, and coordinated tests to support our clients' design criteria specifications.

Please consider EMA for your test and evaluation needs.  Our flexible contract arrangements, including our GSA Schedules, make it easy to start us working on your job. For details on how EMA can help you achieve your goals, contact Drew Miller at (843) 566.0086 or
