EMA's staff of business and financial managers is expert in managing the complex business processes it takes to run a large organization, even one as large as a military base. We offer an array of functional support and analyses including management, budget, planning, systems, resource, organizational, and workload.
We collect data, apply formal methodologies, develop statistics, and recommend new or enhanced work processes and corporate applications.
