EMA provides a full complement of Information Technology (IT) services to the U.S. Army worldwide through its support of the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), the Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC), Network Enterprise Technology (NETCOM)/9th Army Signal Command, and numerous other federal agencies.

As one of the nation's top federal IT contractors, EMA supports the requirements of warfighters today and well into the future. We offer services and solutions under numerous contract vehicles, including our Information Technology (IT) Support Services; Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS); Logistics Worldwide (LogWorld) Services; and Professional Engineering Services (PES) General Services Administration (GSA) schedules.

EMA also serves its Army customers under the Logistics Joint Administrative Management Support Services (LOGJAMSS) contract administered by the Southern Regional Contracting Center (SRCC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Under this contract vehicle, EMA offers all aspects of contract management, logistics program support, logistics supply and services, logistics business process re-engineering and functional process improvement, training office automation and help desk support, systems network support, strategic planning and assessment, media and learning center support, and integrated logistics support.

Leveraging 22 years of continuous experience in support of Department of Defense (DoD) projects and programs, EMA provides exceptional system design, development, and engineering-related services to support Army requirements in numerous functional areas. They include radio; fiber optics; cable plant; air traffic control and navigational aids; technical control; command and control; space communications; switched data/voice; video, computer, and office automation; network and systems development, management, and control; network and physical security; Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS); sustaining base information; logistics; resource management; research and development; and libraries and visual information systems.

To successfully meet the Army's requirements in these functional areas, EMA engineers, computer scientists, programmers, analysts, and other technical and administrative professionals provide specialized expertise in the following areas:

EMA has demonstrated its expertise in these areas through its instrumental role in support of numerous Army programs and associated DoD transformation efforts. Many of these efforts have been directly associated with systems fielded and successfully used during Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and most recently, Enduring Freedom.
